Track your Event

Keep track of how well your event is performing on TickX

TickX makes it easy for you to track how your events are performing. We already integrate directly with a number of affiliate platforms and are able to integrate with new ones in a matter of days. If you don’t wish to work with TickX via a partner, you can place our pixel on to your checkout to track when TickX refers sales.

The TickX Conversion Pixel

Tracking your conversions with the TickX conversion pixel can help you measure the impact that TickX is having on your business by reporting on the actions that a user takes after coming to your site from TickX.

The conversion pixel is a small, invisible, 1 pixel-by-1 pixel image which you place into the code of your website. To effectively track your performance on TickX, we have one pixel which is to be placed on all pages of your website and another to be placed on your thankyou or checkout complete page, that a user will see after making a successful booking or ticket purchase. This second pixel passes through some additional information such as the order value and the order ID, so we can show you specifically which sales have been driven by TickX.

To implement the TickX conversion pixel, create a new custom HTML tag in your tag manager with the below HTML code:

<img width="1" height="1" src="https://www.tickx.co.uk/pixel/" style="display: none">

Set this tag to fire on all pages of your website.

Create a second custom HTML tag with the below HTML code, using variables to replace the order value and order id placeholders. When passing order value, please use the total value of the order including fees.

<img style="display: none;" src="https://www.tickx.co.uk/pixel/?complete=Y&value={{ORDER VALUE}}&info={{ORDER ID}}" width="1" height="1" />

Trigger this second tag to fire on the thankyou or checkout complete page of your site, which a customer would reach after successfully completing a booking or ticket purchase.

To implement the TickX conversion pixel, place the following code between the < body >and  < /body > tags on all pages of your site:

<img width="1" height="1" src="https://www.tickx.co.uk/pixel/" style="display: none">

Then place this code between the and tags on your thankyou or checkout complete page of your site, which a customer would reach after successfully completing a booking or ticket purchase. Replace the order value and order id placeholders with the correct information for that transaction. When passing order value, please use the total value of the order including fees.

<img style="display: none;" src="https://www.tickx.co.uk/pixel/?complete=Y&value={{ORDER VALUE}}&info={{ORDER ID}}" width="1" height="1" />
