Reaching new audiences through TickX
TickX started working with Leicester Square Theatre to help them reach new audiences and grow their sales. In the first six months, the number of referrals shot up by 590% as TickX found new audiences which aligned with Leicester Square Theatre’s offering.
With over 20% of this audience coming from TickX’s dedicated member base, we were able to increase traffic from an audience LST may not have accessed through other marketing channels.

Generating awareness and delivering innovation
TickX has worked closely with Chickenshed to deliver a dynamic marketing solution which helps us tell their story and engage them with the right audiences. Creating a bespoke space on TickX, we were able to share its history, identity and social message whilst highlighting accessibility information via their venue profile. We were able to integrate and display their exciting variety of events, display relevant images and give them an additional push via out theatre pages.
We highlighted the important work and the organisation’s commitment to accessibility and inclusivity through our article Guide to Accessible Theatres in London. We awarded Chicken shed a unique TickX accessibility award and ensured some additional exposure was generated for the venue through our Ultimate Guide to Off West End and Fringe Theatre.
